Check-in online and save time at the airport

Enhance your airport experience by checking-in online.

Online check-in is open between 36 and 2 hours prior to the departure time of your flight.*

Choose your seat, print your boarding pass, and use the fast-bag-drop counters at the airport to check-in your luggage with ease.

*Flights to/from the USA are open for online check-in between 24 hours and 90 minutes prior to departure.

It's as easy as 1-2-3

Before checking-in online, please have the following documents at hand:

  • Passports and visas of all travellers
  • Privilege Club membership number (if applicable)
  • Accommodation details (if applicable)

Step 1: Retrieve your booking - Using the online check-in tab at the top of the page, enter your last name and booking reference number, Privilege Club number, or E-ticket number to retrieve your booking.

Step 2: Add traveller details and select your seats - Confirm the details of all the travellers on your booking and select your seats.

Step 3: Confirm your check-in - Review the details of your booking, click to confirm your check-in, and print your boarding pass.

Using your boarding pass - Bring your boarding pass to the airport, or for select airports, you can have your boarding pass sent to your mobile device. If opting for a mobile boarding pass, remember to bring your mobile device to the airport.
