Connect with Starlink on board Qatar Airways
The aircraft will be equipped with Starlink by June 2025, on select flights to or from the following cities.
- Africa: Seychelles, Nairobi
- The Americas: Chicago, Montreal, New York, San Paulo, Seattle, Toronto
- Asia-Pacific: Shanghai, Guangzhou, Tokyo-Narita, Manila, Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh City – Phnom Penh, Phuket – Penang, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Denpasar, Perth, Brisbane, Melbourne
- Europe: London Heathrow, Madrid, Paris, Amsterdam, Moscow

If the aircraft is not equipped with Starlink, you can still purchase on-board Wi-Fi. Save up to 20% when you pre-purchase access before your trip.

- The amount paid for on-board Wi-Fi access is non-refundable.
- On-board Wi-Fi is available on all Boeing 777, 787-9, 787-8, and Airbus A350 and A380 aircraft.
- The on-board Wi-Fi access code can only be used on one device at a time. If you want to use it on a second device, you will have to log out from the first one and log into the new device using the same code.
- To access the on-board Wi-Fi service, open the in-flight Wi-Fi portal on your browser and enter your access code.
- The on-board Wi-Fi access code is valid for one year from the date of purchase and can only be used once.
- The on-board Wi-Fi service is progressively being rolled out on all Qatar Airways aircraft. Please check whether this service is available on your upcoming flight.
- Service interruption may occur while flying due to regulatory restrictions in some countries.
- In case of operational changes to scheduled aircraft, you can still use your voucher on other Qatar Airways flights that are enabled with on-board Wi-Fi within the access code validity period.
- When using the 'On Air' or 'AeroMobile' roaming service, you will be billed by your service provider at international roaming rates.
- Portable electronic devices include E-readers, tablets and smartphones. You can use them from gate to gate, including during taxi, take-off and landing without a risk to safety. View our FAQs section for more information on what devices are allowed on board.
- All devices should be switched off or to ‘Airplane/Flight mode’ during take-off and landing.
- Please be considerate of your fellow passengers by switching your device to silent or vibrate mode.
