Here are some friendly reminders to keep in mind as you embark on your Qatar Airways experience:

• Please ensure you have all necessary documents and visas for each country you plan to visit, and have these documents available during check-in.
• Passengers traveling to Qatar will need a passport valid for at least six (6) months from the date of entry into Qatar, and this varies by destination.
• Please check-in three (3) hours before your scheduled departure time. The check-in facilities close one (1) hour prior to departure.

Chicago O'Hare International Airport – Chicago, IL (ORD)

Arrival: Qatar Airways flight QR991 arrives at Terminal 5 - International Terminal.

Departure: Qatar Airways flight QR992 departs from Terminal 3 - Domestic Terminal.

• Check-In: Qatar Airways check-in desks are located in area “B” of Terminal 3. Check-in facilities open four (4) hours prior to departure time and close one (1) hour before the scheduled departure time.

George Bush Intercontinental Airport - Houston, TX (IAH)

 

Arrival: Qatar Airways flight QR77 arrives at Terminal E (Federal Inspection Services (FIS) Building)

Departure: Qatar Airways flight QR78 departs from Terminal D.

• Check-In: Qatar Airways check-in desks are located in the departures level of Terminal D. Check-in facilities open four (4) hours prior to departure time and close one (1) hour before the scheduled departure time.

John F. Kennedy International Airport - New York, NY (JFK)
