- Any changes/cancellation done more than 24 hours prior to departure:
- Platinum or Gold main member – No refund / cancellation fee applies.
- Silver, Burgundy or a family/guest of a Platinum and Gold member – USD25 apply.
- Any changes/cancellation done between three hours and 24 hours prior to departure:
- Platinum or Gold main member – No refund / cancellation fee applies.
- Silver, Burgundy or a family/guest of a Platinum and Gold member – USD100 apply.
- Changes/cancellation within three hours or after departure is considered as a no-show:
- Avios and Cash collected is forfeited.
- Only airport and government taxes will be refunded.
