If you would like to sit together when travelling on Economy Class with family and friends, enjoy a generous legroom or a comfortable workspace, have a preference for the aisle, or admire the views through the window, you can now choose your preferred seat on board our aircraft starting from USD30*

Terms and conditions:
a. Chargeable Seat selection is subject to availability seats
b. Seat selection is permitted only during /after ticket purchase
c. Customer must hold a confirmed economy class ticket (QR 157 Document)
d. Tickets must be purchased on QR Market fares and QR Prime Flight numbers only
e. Chargeable seats must be supported with EMD –A
f. Charges are per passenger, per segment.
g. Prices are in USD and the payment in any local currency will be calculated as per the Bankers Selling Rate (BSR) on day of payment for this service
h. Chargeable seats once purchased are Non Refundable / Non-transferable
i. Seat selection may not be available for all seats due to operational & Safety reasons
j. Passengers with special needs requiring specific seating accommodation should contact Qatar Airways so that they can assist with allocating an appropriate seat Free of charge.
k. Any Non-Revenue tickets such as Buddy Pass and Staff (AD/ID) tickets travelling in Economy cabin will be in the scope of purchase of chargeable seats.

Changes:
If ticket is purchased on or before 27 January 2020, the selection of seats before departure is free of charge for all customers.
If you selected and paid for your seat on or after 28 January 2020, you can change to another seat of equal value for free or choose a higher value seat by paying the difference.
If you selected and paid for your seat on or after 28 January 2020 and you have made changes to your flight number or flight date, but you are travelling on the original sector, you can choose new seats of equal value for free. However, we will not be able to provide you with a refund if you have made changes to your sector, if seats of the same value are not available, or if seat selection is not available on your new flight.
Below are the scenarios where changes are permitted to seat selection by customer’s request. In any other scenario, changes will not be permitted.
