Qatar Airways has taken the decision to suspend flights to and from mainland China from 3 February until further notice due to significant operational challenges caused by entry restrictions imposed by a number of countries.

An ongoing review of operations will be conducted weekly with the intention to reinstate the flights as soon as the restrictions are lifted.

Passengers with tickets booked to or from mainland China between those dates are requested to log in to  Manage Booking  to ensure their  contact information are updated. 

Affected passengers can re-book their tickets to alternative dates or destinations, or request a full refund without charge.

• If you have booked your tickets on qatarairways.com or through any of our offices , you can re-book your tickets by logging in to Manage Booking or submit a refund request through refund request form , or telephoning our  local contact centre .
• If you have booked your tickets through a travel agent,  please contact your travel agent to amend or refund your booking.
