Programme Overview
The High School Development Programme (HSDP) is a dynamic, one-year initiative designed for Qatari Nationals or have a Qatari Mother holding a High School Certificate. This programme offers a unique opportunity to acquire essential skills, competencies, and professional behaviors necessary to excel within the QR group. Participants will engage in a comprehensive training regimen that prepares them for successful careers in the aviation sector.
Eligibility CriteriaTo be considered for the High School Programme, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Nationality: Be a Qatari National or have a Qatari Mother.
- Education: Must have graduated from High School (Secondary School) with an overall score of 50% or higher.
- Age: Must be of an age between 18 and 24 years at the time of application.
- Language Proficiency: Scored a minimum IELTS score of 4.5.
- Experience: Be a Fresh High School Graduates or with 0-2 years of work experience.
- Clearances: Completed CEID and medical clearance.
- National Service: For Qatari male applicants, a statement of completion, exemption, or deferral from the Qatar National Service is required.
Required Application Documents To ensure a smooth application process on the Qatar Airways website, please prepare the following documents in JPEG, PNG, PDF, or Word format:
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Valid Passport: Colored copy of the applicant’s passport.
- Qatar ID Card: Colored copy of the applicant’s valid Qatar ID (both sides).
- High School Certificate: Copy of the High School Certificate (or Equivalency Certificate from the Qatar Ministry of Education) indicating completion date and grades.
- IELTS Certificate: Recent copy of the applicant’s IELTS certificate.
- National Service Certificate: For male Qatari students, copy of the Certificate of completion, deferral, or exemption from the Qatar National Service.
