What Can I Report?

Please note that the Speak Up channel is not intended for customer complaints or general inquiries. These should be directed to our Help page, where they will be handled by the relevant team. 

The Speak-Up channel is intended for any concerns that you may have about ethical misconduct, suspected breaches of Qatar Airways’ policies and procedures, or violations of the law including:

• Corruption, bribery or fraud;
• Human rights violations, discrimination or harassment;
• Financial mismanagement, money laundering or terrorist financing;
• Privacy and data security or confidentiality violations;
• Breaches of competition laws, antitrust laws or economic sanctions;
• Breaches of applicable laws relating to the conduct of the business or operation of Qatar Airways.
