• This redemption option is valid at Qatar Duty Free located at the departure and arrival halls of Hamad International Airport, Qatar for all Privilege Club members.
• This offer is not applicable to family members and Beyond Business accounts.
• Members are required to present either their boarding pass or Privilege Club digital membership card, along with their passport or GCC Identification Card.
• Member’s name on passport/GCC ID must match with the name on member’s Privilege Club account.
• Members cannot redeem with someone else’s digital membership card or without a membership card.
• Returns are processed by Qatar Duty Free and upon management’s discretion. If a refund is requested, the refund will be processed within 30 days. It will be fulfilled by crediting the Avios back to the member’s account and refunding the money to the original form of payment.
• Members may redeem a maximum of 500,000 Avios per day at Qatar Duty Free.
• Members cannot combine Avios with another member to redeem.
• Any applicable offers cannot be exchanged for cash.
