The island’s main airport, Ngurah Rai International Airport, is located in southern Bali and is a fascinating juxtaposition of ultra-modern facilities surrounded by reminders of the island’s ancient heritage. Transportation and parking

The official taxi counter is located outside the arrivals hall, and taxis are relatively cheap to and from all of the island’s major destinations. 

A single, multi-storey car parking area is located next to the terminals, and has a 2,000 spaces available for both short and long-term stay. Specially reserved spaces for disabled passengers are located close to the exit that leads to the terminal itself.

Passengers flying from Bali with Qatar Airways will need to head to the main Terminal, where all international departures leave from. International arrivals and departures are located in the newer L-shaped terminal section, where there are 10 international gates, one of which has been modified to take the latest Airbus 380 aircraft.

The departure area has 62 check in counters, and a large lounge area for the convenience and comfort of passengers.
