The following promotional offers have been arranged for the benefit of Qatar Privilege members only (each a “Member” and together the “Members”), and are provided by Value Retail Management Limited (“Value Retail”). The terms and conditions that apply to these offers are:  

• Period of Promotion 
  • The promotional offers detailed below are available to Members during the period 23 November 2024 to 4 January 2025 (inclusive) only (the “Period of Promotion”), and are available 7 days a week during the Period of Promotion. 

• Participating Villages 
  • These promotional offers are available at: Bicester Village; Ingolstadt Village; Wertheim Village; La Roca Village; Las Rozas Village; Kildare Village; Fidenza Village; Maasmechelen Village; and La Vallee Village (each a “Participating Village” and collectively the “Participating Villages”). 

• Double Avios Offer 

a. Members who, during the Period of Promotion, present:

i. proof of their Qatar Privilege membership together with their invitation to these promotional offers; and

ii. their receipts for the purchase of goods (including food and beverages) made by a Member at a Participating Village (“Qualifying Purchases”), 

shall be entitled to receive two (2) Avios Points instead of the usual one (1) Avios Point for every £1 or €1 spent (the “Double Avios Offer”). 

b. Claims for the Double Avios Offer can be made:  

i. at the Guest Concierge in the respective Participating Village on the date the Qualifying Purchases are made; or 

ii. digitally within 24 hours of the date of the Qualifying Purchases by following the procedure detailed at the following link: https://www.thebicestercollection.com/en/legal/loyalty-programmes-tcs.

c. Subject to paragraph 3(b)(ii), no retroactive claims will be permitted in connection with the Double Avios Offer.  

d. The Double Avios Offer is not available to Members who have exceeded the Annual Threshold set out at paragraph 5b below. 

e. The Double Avios Offer is not available to Members who qualify to receive either Triple Avios Offer #1 or Triple Avios Offer #2.

f. There is no limit on the number of redemptions of the Double Avios Offer.

• Triple Avios Offers  

a. The following promotional offer is available at Bicester Village, La Vallee Village, La Roca Village and Fidenza Village (the “Triple Avios Offer #1 Villages”) for Members who present: 

i. proof of their Qatar Privilege membership together with their invitation to these promotional offers; and  

ii. their receipts for Qualifying Purchases at a Triple Avios Offer #1 Village which amount to a collective minimum of  €/£1,500,  

shall be entitled to receive three (3) Avios Points instead of the usual one (1) Avios Point for every €1/£1 spent  (“Triple Avios Offer #1”). 

b. The following promotional offer is available at Las Rozas Village, Maasmechelen Village, Wertheim Village, Ingolstadt Village and Kildare Village (the “Triple Avios Offer #2 Villages”) for Members who present: 

i. proof of their Qatar Privilege membership together with their invitation to these promotional offers; and  

ii. their receipts for Qualifying Purchases at a Triple Avios Offer #2 Village which amount to a collective minimum of  €/£750;  

shall be entitled to receive three (3) Avios Points instead of the usual one (1) Avios Point for every €1/£1 spent  (“Triple Avios Offer #2”). 

c. Claims for the Triple Avios Offer #1 can only be made:  

i. at the Guest Concierge in the respective Triple Avios Offer #1 Village on the date the Qualifying Purchases are made; or

d. Claims for the Triple Avios Offer #2 can only be made:  

i. at the Guest Concierge in the respective Triple Avios Offer #2 Village on the date the Qualifying Purchases are made; or

e. Subject to paragraphs 4(b)(ii) and 4(d)(ii) (as applicable), no retroactive claims will be permitted in connection with Triple Avios Offer #1 and/or Triple Avios Offer #2 (the “Triple Avios Offers”).  

f. The Triple Avios Offers are not available to Members who have exceeded the Annual Threshold set out at paragraph 5b below. 

g. There is no limit on the number of redemptions of the Triple Avios Offers.

• General 

a. Members acknowledge that Value Retail will need to collect and process the Member’s personal data (which may include their name, membership card number (or a part thereof), transactional spend, place of residence, gender, date of birth, email address, land and/or mobile numbers and other contact details as may be required by Value Retail or by their partners or the participating boutiques) to: 

i. enable these promotional offers to be redeemed for the benefit of the Member; and  

ii. for the purposes of tracking the levels of a Member’s spend at any of the Participating Villages to assess whether certain annual spend thresholds have been met (see paragraph 5b below).

b. Value Retail maintains records of the collective annual spend made by Members in any of the Villages that are part of The Bicester Collection (the “Villages”), which is redeemed for Avios Points. Where a Member has applied for Avios Points and, at any point within a calendar year, the Member’s collective annual spend at the any of the Villages during that year which is associated with the redemption of Avios Points is equal to or exceeds €30,000 (the “Annual Threshold”) then the rate at which the Avios Points will be awarded for that Member for the remainder of that year will be a reduced rate of one (1) Avios Point for every £5 or €5 spent.  Neither the Double Avios Offer nor the Triple Avios Offers will be available to Members who have exceeded the Annual Threshold. 

c. Value Retail reserves the right to refuse to award any Avios Points under the Double Avios Offer and/or the Triple Avios Offers in cases of actual or suspected fraud. 

d. The right to benefit from these promotional offers is personal to the recipient of an invitation, and may not be transferred. The invitation may not be copied, reproduced or distributed in any form, or by any means for use by a person other than the original recipient. 

e. These promotional offers may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer, coupon or other voucher. Any receipts for Qualifying Purchases used in conjunction with these offers may not then be used to claim Avios Points or any points/ miles in respect of other loyalty partners/programmes.  

f. The benefits granted by these promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash. 

g. Value Retail reserves the right to withdraw or cancel these promotional offers for any reason at any time. 

h. Value Retail will not be liable to a Member for any financial loss arising out of refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of these promotional offers, or any failure or inability of a Member to take advantage of these promotional offers.
