- The promo code is applicable on specific fares in Economy and Business Class. See detailed offer conditions below.
- The promo code must be entered before initiating a flight search. If the promo code is entered correctly, the special fare will be marked with a burgundy coupon on the flight selection page along with the wording ‘Promo code has been successfully applied’.
- Qatar Airways will not be held responsible for any fare differences if a customer does not enter the promo code at the time of booking. The promo code cannot be applied retrospectively.
- Savings does not apply to taxes, surcharges and all other standard market surcharges.
- Qatar Airways reserves the right to suspend or terminate the offer, for any reason and at any time, without incurring any cost or liability.
Offer conditions
- Savings in Economy Class:
- 12% on base fare on booking classes: S, V, L, M and K (Convenience) and 10% on base fare on booking classes: O, T, Q and N (Classic).
- Savings in Business Class:
- 12% on base fare on booking classes: D (Comfort) and 10% on base fare on booking classes: I and R (Classic).
- A minimum stay of 16 days and maximum stay of 5 months is applicable as per booking class.
- Blackout period from 1 Jan 2025 to 19 Jan 2025 applies.
- The promo code is valid on flight itineraries originating from Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Goa, Hyderabad, Kochi, Kolkata, Kozhikode, Nagpur, Thiruvananthapuram to Qatar Airways operated destinations in Denmark, Portugal, Germany, France, United Kingdom during the specified travel periods only.
- Customers may use this offer more than once during the offer period.
Promo code applicability
- Discount applies return base fare only of selected fare classes and destinations.
- The discount is applicable on Qatar Airways operated flights and on codeshare flights operated by Indigo. Interline bookings are excluded.
- This offer cannot be combined with publicly available promotional fares.
- Seats are limited and are subject to availability.
- Savings apply on base fare only. The promo code discount is deducted from the 'fare per passenger' amount visible in the ‘payment summary’ after flight selection. Any other taxes, service fees, or standard market charges will be payable and displayed at the time of booking and are not subject to any discount.
Changes and cancellation
- Tickets are non-endorsable and non-transferable.
- In case of involuntary flight cancellation, please refer to the applicable fare rules for your booking.
- Date change, Reissue, Refund charges will be applicable as per the fare rules.
- Any change or cancellation less than 3 hours prior to the stated time of departure will be considered as no-show and no-show penalties will apply.
- Qatar Airways' terms and conditions, including the Conditions of Carriage, will also apply to your booking. Please refer to the fare rules at the time of booking to learn more about the official conditions related to changes, cancellations, and no-shows.
Terms and Conditions for the Bonus Avios- This offer is only applicable to main members who join Privilege Club using the applicable promocode PCSAC25.
- Enrolment Period: 1 January 2025 - 31 December 2025
- Travel Period: 01 January 2025 to 30 June 2026
- Members who did not quote any of the applicable promocodes at the time of enrolment will not receive the bonus Avios.
- Bonus Avios will be credited to the membership account immediately after the first flight with Qatar Airways, if the enrolment and travel is within the offer period.
- In case of retro claims, bonus Avios will be awarded if the member’s enrolment and travel is within the offer period and as per Privilege Club’s programme terms and conditions.
- Members need to ensure to quote their Privilege Club number at the time of booking or check-in for the Avios to be credited after the first flight is travelled.
- Offer is applicable only for flights operated and marketed by Qatar Airways.
- Travel on Award tickets is not eligible for Bonus Avios.
- Existing Privilege Club members are not entitled to participate in this offer and any duplicate accounts will be cancelled by Privilege Club.
