Flying from Berlin

Taking just 45 minutes by car, or 35 minutes by public transport, Berlin is easy to get to, and dealing with around 34 million passengers per year, Berlin Brandenburg is the 15th busiest airport in Europe.

Transportation and parking
The route to and from Brandenburg Airport is well served by a network of roads, including the A113, and the B96a. If you’re travelling by car, the journey should take around 45 minutes, depending on traffic. When it comes to public transport, the airport is connected to the city by express buses, such as the X7 and X71. These operate regularly, and can be boarded from terminal 1 and 2, in addition to Rudrow underground station. Taking the trip from the airport to the city should take little more than 15 minutes.
However, if you prefer to travel by train, the Airport Express (FEX), and the regional trains (B14 and RE7) run from the airport to Berlin Central Station. Again, these journeys should take just over quarter of an hour. Taxis are plentiful, and the price will be determined by the company you book through.
