Subject to the limitations set out in Qatar Airways’ T&Cs, Avios can be redeemed for all products/packages purchased via this Website.

You may also redeem a lower number of Avios for products/packages purchased and pay the balance in cash. However, the Avios required to purchase a Holiday Booking varies according to the holiday package selected. Members must have the required minimum of 2,000 Avios in order to use Avios for their Holiday Booking payment. The cash portion will be quoted in the applicable currency. This value will be rounded up based on the currency used for payment.

You can redeem Avios through your Account or submit a request from your logged-in area at qatarairways.com/PrivilegeClub by contacting our designated Privilege Club Member Service Centre before completing the Holiday Package booking and the payment process. Your Avios must be credited to your Account and be valid when you undertake the booking. Expired Avios cannot be redeemed.

The value of Avios might change. We reserve the right to adjust the value of Avios according to Qatar Airways' specifications.

• Booking must be made by Qatar Airways Privilege Club members (“Members”) between 1 and 31 August 2025 and use it to travel between 1 August 2025 and 31 January 2026.
• Conditions to earn bonus Avios:
  • Booking of the Package must include both flights and hotel. More services like tours and airport transfers can be added to the Package, if available.
  • Promo code QRHAVIOS should be applied on the payment page.
  • Payment should be made online when booking the Package using Cash + Avios. Members must have a minimum of 2,000 Avios in their Qatar Airways Privilege Club account in order to redeem Avios for the Package.
  • All Packages must be booked online through Qatar Airways Holidays website between 1 and 31 August 2025 and use it for travel between 1 August 2025 and 31 January 2026.
• Eligible Members will earn bonus Avios on the total Package value as per below:
  • For any Packages valued up to USD 5,000 (or your local currency equivalent), Members will earn 4,000 bonus Avios.
  • For any Packages valued from USD 5,001 to USD 10,000 (or your local currency equivalent), Members will earn 8,000 bonus Avios.
  • For any Packages valued above USD 10,001 (or your local currency equivalent), Members will earn 11,000 bonus Avios.
• Avios and Qpoints will be earned on the flights and the Package value as usual and in accordance with and subject to Qatar Airways Privilege Club terms and conditions.  
• Bonus Avios are credited in addition to the above, if all the Package booking conditions are met. 
• Total Avios and Qpoints will be credited within 45-60 days after the travel is completed.
• Any Package booked outside all the above conditions will not be eligible to earn bonus Avios as per this offer.
• The promo code may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer, promo code or code. Qatar Stopover packages, or any other standalone products without a flight and a hotel, are not included in this offer.
• Starting prices mentioned (if any) on Qatar Airways Holidays website are per person, based on a minimum of two persons travelling together, and may change from time to time at Qatar Airways Holidays’ sole discretion.
• Qatar Airways Holidays and Qatar Airways reserve the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace wholly or in part, the above offer by another offer, whether similar to above offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether for any reason at any time without prior notice.
• Cancellation and refund policies vary based on the selected flight and hotel and are clearly specified on the selection page.

• In the event of any required assistance with the offer, Members must liaise with Qatar Airways Holiday.
• Qatar Airways will not be liable to the Member for any financial loss arising out of refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of the offer, or any failure or inability of the Member to take advantage of the offer.
