2. Complete the first leg of your journey. Email kulsales@my.qatarairways.com with your PNR and email address to send the redemption link for your digital voucher. State “Reward redemption” as the email subject.
3. Allow 10 working days for verification and the redemption link for your digital voucher will be emailed to you. Vouchers are issued while stocks last on a first come first served basis.
