Parking and transportation
An airport shuttle service is available from the centre of Bangalore, known as the ‘VayuVajra'. These air-conditioned luxury coaches cover 11 different routes all cumulating at the airport itself and are an excellent alternative to taxis. However, if you prefer to take a taxi then you can ask your hotel to arrange one for you.
Parking is plentiful, with designated parking zones for VIP parking. All parking areas are located within walking distance of the terminals, with both short and long-term stays available.
Arriving at Kempegowda International Airport
Passengers flying from Bangalore with Qatar Airways depart from the very large passenger terminal. International departure lounges are on level 2 (first floor). The check-in facilities and baggage reclaim are located on level 1 (ground floor). There are 25 self-check-in counters as well as 90 Common-Use-Terminal-Equipment (CUTE) enabled check-in counters.

Kempegowda International Airport has an excellent selection of retail and food outlets, most of which are located in the main passenger terminal on level 2. There are several Duty Free outlets, as well as a variety of high-end luxury goods retailers.
Food and drink options range from on-the-go snacks to superb quality restaurants serving both Indian and international cuisine.
The airport also has an exclusive terminal for Hajj pilgrims, with prayer rooms for men and women, and separate hot water facilities for Wadu. Passengers may also take advantage of the Oberoi Lounge and the Leela Lounge.
