When you agree to enroll in Privilege Club, which is Qatar Airways’ frequent flyer programme, you:
- acknowledge that your information will be processed in accordance with the Qatar Airways Privacy Notice; and
- agree to be bound by the Privilege Club Terms and Conditions, that govern your participation as a Member of Privilege Club.

These terms are effective from 26th September 2024
Definitions
The following definitions apply:
Aircraft Charter Agreement | Means the terms and conditions on which Qatar Executive will charter an Aircraft with crew for the purpose of carrying out flights in accordance with the customer’s request |
Avios | Means the reward currency of Privilege Club that can be exchanged for award tickets, award upgrades, baggage, Cash + Avios and other goods and services as notified from time to time |
Charter Price | Means the Charter Price specified in the Aircraft Charter Agreement |
Charterer | Means the person who signs the Aircraft Charter Agreement and pays directly for a Qatar Executive flight |
Privilege Club | Means the frequent flyer programme of Qatar Airways |
Qatar Executive | Means the private jet division of Qatar Airways |
Tier | Means the membership tier level in Privilege Club |
Capitalised terms that are used in these Terms and Conditions, but are not defined above, have the same meaning as those terms used in the Privilege Club Terms and Conditions.
- The Charterer booking and paying directly with Qatar Executive is eligible to earn four (4) Avios per one (1) US Dollar of the Charter Price.
- To be eligible to earn Avios, the Charterer must be enrolled in Privilege Club as a Main Member, in accordance with Clause 2 of Privilege Club Terms and Conditions.
- For Charterers who have already enrolled in Privilege Club, please ensure that you provide your Membership Number to the Qatar Executive sales team at the time of booking your Qatar Executive flight and in any event, before the Aircraft Charter Agreement is issued.
- Avios will be credited within seven (7) working days after journey completion (completion of the full trip).
- Only the Charterer and will be eligible to earn Avios for their journey based on the Charter Price.
- Retrospective claims for Avios are not permitted.
- If the Aircraft Charter Agreement is modified during a journey, the Avios earned will be based on the revised Charter Price.
- The Charterer will receive an allocation of one (1) Platinum Tier and three (3) Gold Tier memberships which can be gifted to any individuals nominated by the Charterer. Following the allocation of each tier membership there shall be no changes or further allocations of such benefit.
- Information of the nominees who will receive the gifted Tiers must be provided to the Qatar Executive sales team, within seven (7) days of the Effective Date of the Aircraft Charter Agreement. A Tier Gift Nomination Form will be provided to capture the relevant information.
- In order to receive a tier gift, the relevant Members should be enrolled in Privilege Club as Main Members
- Tiers will be updated within seven (7) working days after the request is received by Qatar Airways.
- If the Tier gift recipient is already a Privilege Platinum or Gold Member and is being gifted the same Tier; their existing Tier will be extended for one (1) year from their current tier expiry date.
- The Charterer may choose redeem Avios to part-pay the cost of their Aircraft Charter Agreement.
- In order to spend Avios on a charter agreement, the membership number, number of Avios required and the charter agreement number must be completed on a Redemption Form and provided to the Qatar Executive sales team prior to execution of the relevant charter agreement.
- If the Charterer wishes to pool Avios with / from other Members traveling with the Charterer, the relevant information needs to be provided on the Redemption Form, along with the consent of those Members, before the Aircraft Charter Agreement is finalised and issued,
- Neither Qatar Executive, nor Qatar Airways Group Q.C.S.C. accept any liability of claims to reverse or refund of Avios once they have been redeemed and once the journey has commenced the Avios are non-refundable.
