The QATAR AIRWAYS PRIVILEGE CLUB CARD LINKING OFFER (the “Offer”) is provided by Qatar Airways Group Q.C.S.C (“Qatar Airways”) to its Privilege Club members. Card linking provides the ability to link a payment card with the Qatar Airways Privilege Club instead of having to provide your Membership Number with each transaction. The website that manages the registration process and card linking is provided and managed via our third party service provider Loyal Solutions A/S with its registered office at Edvard Thomsens Vej 10, DK-2300, Copenhagen S, Denmark (“Loyal Solutions”).The Offer is subject to these Terms and Conditions which form a legally binding agreement with respect to this Offer between Qatar Airways and each Main Member who registers for the Offer (the “Member”).  Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. In case of conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Privilege Club Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Privilege Club Terms and Conditions shall prevail. Capitalized terms unless defined in these Terms and Conditions shall have the meaning set out in the Privilege Club Terms and Conditions.

2.1 The Offer is open to Main Members who hold either an eligible Visa, or MasterCard payment card, including any Qatar Airways co-branded payment cards (“Card”).

2.2 You must be the cardholder or an authorized user of the Card.

You agree that your registration for the Offer constitutes your agreement to these Terms and Conditions. By ticking a checkbox, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

4.1 You can register your preferred payment card by providing your payment card number and your Membership Number here. A “Registered Card” means an eligible payment card which has been registered for the Offer. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information and you agree to not misrepresent your identity or your account information. You agree to keep your account information up to date and to maintain a valid payment card registration.

4.2 The Offer will enable you to link up to five (5) eligible Cards of each brand (whether Visa, American Express or Mastercard). You can always delete the link to a Registered Card. If you wish to do this, go to Manage your Registered Card/revoke Registered Card here.

4.3 You may be eligible to earn Avios in accordance with the Privilege Club Terms and Conditions when you use the Registered Card to make a Qualifying Purchase. A “Qualifying Purchase” is a purchase using a Registered Card from the select Partners, who are participating in the Offer from time to time. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to determine, at our absolute discretion, whether any given transaction is a Qualifying Purchase.

4.4 Once your Registered Card is linked, Avios will automatically be added to your Account for Qualifying Purchases. See our current list of participating Partners here which will be updated from time to time.

4.5 Avios you earn are calculated based on local currency spend. Each participating Partner shall publish the Avios earning rate for Qualifying Purchases which is available here.

4.6 Loyal Solutions will notify the Card payment network or platform, or a third party authorized by the Card issuer or Card payment network or platform (“Payment Services Provider”) when you have activated the Offer and you hereby authorize Qatar Airways to provide such notification. Your Qualifying Purchase(s) will be monitored by the Payment Services Provider who will provide Qatar Airways through Loyal Solutions with details of  transactions when their systems detect a transaction that is a Qualifying Purchase.

4.7 Avios earned via the Offer are transferred to your Account, and are generally ready for use after the elapse of the pending points period applied by the relevant Partner. The pending points period varies by Partner and is shown under each Partner details here. If any Avios is not transferred to your Account for a Qualifying Purchase, you can contact Qatar Airways via this email.

4.8 You acknowledge and agree that Qatar Airways, Loyal Solutions, and the Payment Services Provider will not have any liability associated with or arising from your participation in the Offer, your failure to provide accurate registration information, or your failure to receive Avios for any Qualifying Purchase or updates about the Offer.

5.1 By accepting these Terms & Conditions you enter into an agreement with Qatar Airways. Qatar Airways is thus entitled to process your personal data on the lawful basis of contract performance and, via its third-party service provider Loyal Solutions, may share your Registered Card information with the respective Payment Services Provider. Furthermore, the Payment Service Providers may: (i) monitor your Registered Card to identify Qualifying Purchases; (ii) provide such Qualifying Purchase information to Qatar Airways via Loyal Solutions, and (iii) process statement credits in order to earn or redeem Avios.

5.2 The website which manages the registration and card linking is provided by our third party service provider, Loyal Solutions.  It acts as a processor in relation to the processing of your personal data on behalf of Qatar Airways.

5.3 Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of granting you Avios for each Qualifying Purchase made with your Registered Card and to respond to questions from you.

6.1 You are responsible for your own registration. You are only allowed to link your own Card/s and by linking and later paying with the Registered Card will earn Avios to your Account.

6.2 If Qatar Airways, Loyal Solutions or the Payment Services Provider has reasonable grounds to suspect that the information you provided is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete, your registration in the Offer may be suspended or terminated.

6.3 You may not register a Card with the intent to immediately cancel or return the reward from the Partner. A “quick cancellation” is considered to be fraudulent and may void your transaction.

6.4 Qatar Airways may, at its discretion, suspend or revoke your right to use the Offer, terminate your Account in accordance with the Privilege Club Terms and Conditions, and/or report your activity to the Partner or Payment Service Provider, who each may terminate your account or take other punitive action if you are found to have engaged in such activity.

YOU AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD QATAR AIRWAYS, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, DIVISIONS,  AND ITS EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND AGENTS, HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIMS, ACTIONS, LOSSES, DAMAGES, OR LIABILITY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR ANY DIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, WHICH MAIN MEMBER OR ANYONE ELSE MAY INCUR AS A RESULT OF THIS OFFER OR THE USE OF THIS OFFER OR AVIOS NOT BEING AWARDED FOR ANY ELIGIBLE TRANSATION, TECHNICAL ERRORS (SUCH AS LOSS OF INTERNET SERVICES, COMMUNICATION SERVICES, ETC.) AND ANY OTHER CONDITIONS THAT ARE SET OUT IN FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE OFFER, EACH MAIN MEMBER HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES AGAINST QATAR AIRWAYS  OR ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES.

EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS QATAR AIRWAYS AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, DIVISIONS, AND ITS EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FAILURE TO PERFORM, OR DELAY IN PERFORMANCE OF, ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OBLIGATIONS THAT ARE CAUSED BY EVENTS OUTSIDE OF THEIR REASONABLE CONTROL. QATAR AIRWAYS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IF THE OFFER TERMINATES OR CANNOT BE USED DUE TO ACTS OF GOD, WAR, TERRORISM, EXPLOSIONS, FIRES, FLOODS OR OTHER NATURAL CALAMITIES, BAD WEATHER, STRIKES, RIOT, CIVIL DISRUPTION, INTERNET FAILURES, OR OTHER ACTS OF GOD OR FOR ANY OTHER OCCURRENCES WHICH ARE OUTSIDE OF QATAR AIRWAYS’ REASONABLE CONTROL.

9.1 To the extent permissible by local law or regulations, these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Qatari Laws. Qatar Airways and each Main Member submit, to the extent permitted by local law or regulations, to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Qatari courts to resolve any dispute that may arise from these Terms and Conditions.

9.2 Any provision of these Terms and Conditions declared void or unenforceable by any competent authority or court shall, to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability, be deemed severable and shall not affect the other provisions remaining, which shall continue unaffected.

9.3 These Terms and Conditions are effective from June, 2023.
