Claim missing Avios with our partner airlines
If you have taken any flights with any of our airline partners and can't find the Avios credited in your account, or you forgot to include your membership number at the time of booking or check-in, you can still claim your missing Avios.
Claims for missing Avios can be made for travel completed within 90 days prior to date of joining Privilege Club for new members and up to 180 days from the date of travel for existing members.
To claim Avios on airline partners, please click on the button below, log in to your account and select 'Missing Avios' from the drop down.
