• Information on how to collect Qpoints and collect and spend Avios forms part of these terms and conditions. An eligible purchase in the “QDF Passport to Savings Campaign” promotion (Promotion) is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• The Promotion is conducted by Qatar Airways Group Q.C.S.C, through its Privilege Club (the Promoter)
• The Promotion commences 12:01am, (AST) on [12 December 2024] and will continue until withdrawn by the Promoter (Promotion Period).

Eligibility

• Eligible participants are Qatar Airways Privilege Club Members and Student Club Members at the time of an Eligible Purchase, and who hold an unsuspended Membership Account (Eligible Participants).
• Entry is not open to Family Members of Eligible Participants on the same Privilege Club Membership or to Beyond Business membership holders.

Collecting Bonus Qpoints and Avios

• During the Promotion Period, Eligible Participants will earn 2 Qpoints (Bonus Points) for every US$ 100 (excluding taxes) spent on eligible Qatar Duty Free (QDF) purchases (Eligible Purchase) and double Avios (Avios) for every QDF purchase, if they:
  • make an Eligible Purchase during the Promotion Period;
  • provide their Membership Number at the time of purchase;
  • present their digital Privilege Club Membership Card and their boarding pass (required for purchases at Hamad International Airport)
• The Bonus Points amount may vary if transaction is paid in a foreign currency due to currency exchange rate fluctuations
• Bonus Points and Avios will be credited to the Eligible Participant’s Privilege Club Account within 30 days after the purchase has been completed and provided that the product the subject of the Eligible Purchase has not been returned.  The Promoter reserves the right to reverse Qpoints and Avios in such instances.
• Bonus Qpoints will count towards the tier qualification criteria of the Eligible Participant.
• Eligible Participants may earn up to 600 Qpoints from non-airline activities within their Tier Year.
• Tier Year means the 12 months period starting from:
  • the Eligible Participant’s elevation to the relevant Membership Tier (as that term is defined in the Privilege Club Terms and Conditions) ; or
  • any subsequent renewal of the Membership Tier.

Spending Avios

• Eligible Participants who complete an Eligible Purchase by spending Avios:
  • In full, will be eligible to save up to 33 percent off on the Avios required for the purchase
  • The Eligible Participants will be entitled to a further discount depending on their existing Membership Tier as follows: 
    • Burgundy: 10% off 
    • Silver and Gold: 15% off
    • Platinum: 20% off
• Members that pay in Cash + Avios will benefit from an increase of value of 50% the Avios component of the purchase.

• Eligible Participants may make multiple purchases at Qatar Duty Free outlets.
• In case of missing transactions, Eligible Participants must submit their claim directly to the Promoter within six (6) months after the date of the transaction unless the Promoter informs the Eligible Participant otherwise. The eligibility of the transaction will be determined by the Promoter for processing accordingly.
• The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Promotion at any time and without any prior notice or incurring any liability.
• The Promoter’s decision is final in relation to the Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
• If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Eligible Participant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Eligible Participant.
• All other Privilege Club Terms and Conditions apply.  Capitalised terms that are used in these Terms and Conditions but that are not defined, have the meaning set out in the Privilege Club Terms and Conditions.
• *This offer is also not applicable to raffle tickets for winning a car, motorbike and $1,000,000 , tobacco and products sold at Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Fendi, Dior and Hermes, Al Sulaiman Gold, Pandora and Laderach Chocolate.  Lastly, this offer is not applicable at Coffee Shop Company, Del Monte, Evergreen Organics, Starbucks, and Safran & Caviar.
