To start converting, enter your Marriott Bonvoy membership number.
The membership number entered matches a Marriott Bonvoy account that is linked to another Privilege Club account. Please enter your correct membership number to convert.
Check that the Marriott Bonvoy membership number was entered correctly and try again.
Your accounts are not linked. Wait 30 days after unlinking, to relink and convert Avios.
You need a balance of at least 1,000 Avios to convert Avios into Marriott Bonvoy points.

Important:
- Your Privilege Club and Marriott Bonvoy accounts will be automatically linked when completing your first conversion of Avios into Marriott Bonvoy points.
- All subsequent conversions can only be done with the same Marriott Bonvoy account that is linked to your Privilege Club account.

Convert Avios into Marriott Bonvoy points- Collect 1 Marriott Bonvoy point for every 2 Avios that you convert.
- At least 1,000 Avios are needed to complete a conversion.
Convert Marriott Bonvoy points into Avios- Collect 1 Avios for every 3 Marriott Bonvoy points that you convert.
- Enjoy 5,000 bonus Avios for every 60,000 Marriott Bonvoy points that you convert.
- At least 3,000 and up to 240,000 Marriott Bonvoy points can be converted into Avios per day.
Claim missing Avios- Please submit a Missing Stay Request if more than 10 business days have passed since your Completed Stay and Avios have not been credited to your Privilege Club account.

Terms and conditions- To be eligible for this offer customer needs to be a Marriott Bonvoy member with a valid Privilege Club or Student Club (collectively, “Privilege Club”) Membership Account.
- Only a Main Member (“Member”), holding a valid Privilege Club Membership Account, is eligible to convert Avios into Marriott Bonvoy Points
- Once Avios are converted into Marriott Bonvoy Points (Points) the Member’s Privilege Club account will be automatically linked to the Marriott Bonvoy account where the conversion transaction takes place. Any future conversions of Avios to Points will only be allowed to the same Marriott Bonvoy account used for the first conversion.
- To unlink a Privilege Club account, Members should contact Qatar Airways which may take up to seven (7) working days for processing, upon successful verification.
- Members can unlink their Privilege Club and Marriott Bonvoy accounts no more than two (2) times per calendar year.
- A minimum of 1,000 Avios is required to convert Avios into Points, following which, Avios can be converted in increments of 500.
- Members will accrue 500 Points for every 1,000 Avios converted.
- The maximum amount of Avios that can be converted to Points per Member, per day is 500,000 Avios.
- Privilege Club Members are responsible for the accuracy of the Marriott Bonvoy account details when converting Avios to Points.
- Once Avios has been converted into Points, Points will automatically be transferred to the Member’s Marriott Bonvoy membership account. Points will be posted to the Member’s Marriott Bonvoy membership account within eight (8) weeks.
- Once the Points conversion has been initiated, cancellation, changes, reissuance, and/or refunds of Avios is not permitted.
- The Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to prevent or cancel conversion transactions where (i) the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program has reason to believe that the identity of the Member converting Avios to Points does not match the identity of the person receiving the Points or (ii) where the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program suspects there has been any fraudulent activity connected with the Avios to Points conversion in relation to the Member’s Marriott Bonvoy account.
- Marriott Bonvoy and Qatar Airways have the right to terminate or to change the Avios to Points offering policies, procedures, conditions of participation, benefits, awards and special offers, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice.
- Qatar Airways Privilege Club terms and conditions apply. Any capitalised terms not otherwise defined in these Terms and Conditions shall have the same meaning as given in the Qatar Airways Privilege Club terms and conditions. Once Avios are converted to Points, Marriott Bonvoy terms and conditions will apply.
- These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 01 December 2024.
- Qatar Airways is not liable for any rewards redemptions made through Marriott Bonvoy.
- Qatar Airways reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice or liability.
