The campaign is valid from 1st May 2025 till 30th June 2025.

All customers participating in this campaign must apply and use QIB Qatar Airways Visa Signature or Platinum Cobrand Card during the campaign period and until 15th July 2025.

Eligibility Criteria: 

All New to Bank with Salary Transfer or Existing Salary Transfer Customers with no credit cards and are working in Govt., Semi Govt., or Listed Companies of QIB will be eligible for this campaign.

Minimum salary transferred should be QAR 10,000 to qualify for this campaign.

Eligible Products: QA Cobrand Signature Card, QA Cobrand Platinum Card.

To avail the Bonus Avios customer should do a POS/Online transaction until 15 July 2025.

Cards sourced through this campaign if closed by the customer within 6 months the Bank will deduct the Cash Value of Bonus Avios Credited to the customer from his Current or Savings account with QIB.

Cards issued against lien is excluded from this campaign.

Transfer your Salary to QIB, apply for:

QA Signature Card to get Welcome Bonus of 60,000 Avios.

QA Platinum Card to get Welcome Bonus of 30,000 Avios.

Existing Salary transfer to QIB with no exiting credit and charge card/s, apply for:

QA Signature Card to get Welcome Bonus of 30,000 Avios.

QA Platinum Card to get Welcome Bonus of 15,000 Avios.

Details:

The Bonus Avios will be credited to the customers Privilege Club Membership number saved in system of QIB by 15th Aug 2025. 

QIB Staff will not be eligible for this campaign.

Customer agrees that in case of any dispute the Bank’s records and the Bank’s decision thereof shall be the final decision accepted by Customer.

QIB reserves the right to disqualify any Cardholder from the campaign in the event that abnormal usage patterns are suspected.

Others:

Cardholder participation in this campaign will also serve as his full consent to participate in all publicity activities by QIB, and to allow QIB and its appointees to use his personal data to the extent necessary for the effective conduct of the campaign/publicity which may include the passing of such personal information to third parties. 

Only cardholders with card status “Active” and non-delinquent at the time of eligibility calculation will be eligible for the Bonus Avios. 

The eligible customers has to also abide by all the terms & conditions laid out by Visa and Qatar Airways. 

In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating or in connection with the Bonus Points allocation, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. 

QIB’s Terms and Conditions apply.  

These T&C are governed by Qatari laws and the courts of Qatar shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise out of or in connection of these T&C. 

New Features which are time bound, will be valid from 20th July 2024 till 19th July  2025.

These features include Tier Upgrade and First Flight Bonus from Qatar Airways, for new to QIB Qatar Airways Cobrand Cards issued between the above-mentioned dates.

Criteria for Tier upgrade on New QIB Qatar Airways Cobrand Cards:

New Customer applying for the QIB Qatar Airways Cobrand Platinum Card during the promotion dates as mentioned above.

Spend QAR 60,000 in first 6 months of card issuance and get the Qatar Airways Privilege Club Tier upgraded from Burgundy to Silver.

New Customer applying for the QIB Qatar Airways Cobrand Signature Card during the promotion dates as mentioned above.

Spend QAR 100,000 in first 6 months of card issuance and get the Qatar Airways Privilege Club Tier upgraded from Burgundy to Gold.

Tier upgrade shall be effective from the subsequent month from completion of spends, as per QIB’s confirmation.

Cash withdrawal transactions on QIB Qatar Airways Cobrand Card are not eligible for the upgrade.

Criteria for First Flight Bonus on New QIB Qatar Airways Platinum and Signature Cobrand Cards:

First flight ticket booked and flow with Qatar Airways, through Qatar Airways digital channels (website or Mobile App) will be awarded with 5,000 Avios for Economy Class Tickets and 10,000 Avios for Business Class Tickets respectively within the first year of card issuance.

Member has to be logged in (qatarairways.com or mobile app) to avail all bonus Avios and other benefits (first flight bonus and double Avios on online spends).

Cobranded credit cardholder should also be the first passenger to be listed while the booking is being made.

Bonus Avios will be awarded to the first listed member when all passengers on the PNR are independent cobrand cardholders.

First flight bonus will be credited upon completion of the flight activity.

All flight should originate from Qatar.

Online spends bonus will be credited upon completion of the flight activity.

Only the primary cardholder will be eligible for online spends bonus and first flight Avios bonus.

Members making transactions with other payment modes (Gpay, Apple pay, Samsung pay, Paypal, Rupay, UPI, Net banking, etc.) will not be accepted.

Criteria for earning Qpoint on QIB Qatar Airways Cobrand Cards:

New or existing QIB Qatar Airways Cobrand Platinum Card will earn 1 Qpoint for every 450 Avios earned by the customer on his cobrand card spends.

New or existing QIB Qatar Airways Cobrand Signature Card will earn 1 Qpoint for every 400 Avios earned by the customer on his cobrand card spends.

The above is subject to a maximum of 300 Qpoints in a year from the date of issuance of the card.

Avios earning are as per the existing terms and conditions of QIB Qatar Airways Cobrand Cards.

Qatar Airways Privilege Club Terms and Conditions will apply on all the features mentioned above.

Customer agrees that in case of any dispute the Bank’s records and the Bank’s decision thereof shall be the final decision accepted by Customer. 

Supplementary cardholder spends will be included in the total spends.

QIB and Qatar Airways Privilege Club reserves the right to disqualify any Cardholder from the above-mentioned benefit in the event that abnormal usage patterns are suspected.

In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the benefits and features mentioned above, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Privilege Club members can double their Avios (collecting 2 Avios for every QAR 3 spent) on any single purchase above QAR 150 on Snoonu with their Qatar Islamic Bank (“QIB”) - Qatar Airways cobrand cards (the “Offer”).

This Offer is only valid for Privilege Club members who have linked their QIB - Qatar Airways cobrand cards to their Privilege Club accounts and make such purchases on Snoonu as specified in these Terms and Conditions using the same card. This Offer will apply to purchases on Snoonu from 10 April 2025 until 10 June 2025 inclusive of both dates.

Any purchases made after 10 June 2025 will not qualify for this Offer.

Privilege Club members are responsible for ensuring their payment card and Privilege Club membership account details are accurate and up-to-date. Qatar Airways, Snoonu and QIB are not liable for any errors or delays in crediting Avios due to incorrect or outdated details.

Privilege Club members are responsible for verifying the eligibility of their purchases and the amount of Avios earned as for the Offer. Qatar Airways, Snoonu and QIB are not liable for any disputes or claims arising from this Offer.
