- It is required for all IRONMAN® athlete(s) to present their Official IRONMAN® race entry confirmation e-mail received from the Official IRONMAN.com website at Airport Check-In, the document must clearly state/mention the competing athlete name(s) as per flight ticket information.
- Acceptance of the complimentary sporting equipment (race bike) at check-in will be subject to Airport Check-in staff review, an additional fee may apply as per Qatar Airways’ Baggage Policy, in the case where the sporting equipment (race bike) exceeds the Free baggage allowance
- The complimentary sporting equipment (race bike) is applicable on Qatar Airways operated flights only, additional fees may apply when connecting with partner or codeshare airlines

- Tickets booked are flexible, one free destination or date change permitted without penalty fees.

- Tickets are non-endorsable and non-transferable.
- In case of involuntary flight cancellation, the passenger can rebook and change dates or destination to any alternative Qatar Airways operated flight.
- Any change or cancellation less than 3 hours prior to the stated time of departure will be considered as no-show, whereby no-show penalties will apply.
- For travel involving multiple booking classes, the most restrictive fare rules apply to the entire itinerary.
