Customers with travel up to and including 30 June 2025 may:
- Change their travel dates without paying a fee until 15 July 2025.
- Refund the unused value of their tickets without any cancellation fee if they no longer wish to travel.

Following the temporary closure of Qatari airspace on 23 June, Qatar Airways is now making progress in restoring its schedule with possible disruptions until 26 June 2025.
Further to our earlier statement, Qatar Airways confirms the re-opening of airspace in the State of Qatar.
We are working closely with government stakeholders and the relevant authorities to support any passengers that have been impacted, and will resume operations as quickly as possible.

Effective 22 June, 2025: To ensure connectivity and minimise disruption, Qatar Airways has rescheduled a number of flights over the coming weeks in order to preserve the integrity, reliability and resilience of the airline's global network. In some cases, departure times may be earlier than originally scheduled.
Ahead of travel, passengers are urged to verify their flight departure times via qatarairways.com or by using the Qatar Airways mobile app to ensure a seamless journey.

Qatar Airways is pleased to confirm the resumption of full operations to Iraq, Lebanon and Jordan, following the lifting of previous airspace restrictions in the region.
In Iraq, airspace has now reopened for overflights and operations to/from the following airports:
- Baghdad Airport (BGW) – from 30 June
- Erbil Airport (EBL) – from 01 July
- Sulaymaniyah Airport (ISU) – from 02 July
- Najaf Airport (NJF) – from 02 July
- Basra Airport (BSR) – from 03 July
In Syria, operations to Damascus International Airport (DAM) will resume from 06 July.
In Lebanon, Qatar Airways will resume its full schedule to Beirut-Rafic Hariri International Airport (BEY) from 01 July, following a period of limited service.
In Jordan, full operations to Queen Alia International Airport (AMM) will also resume from 01 July.

Flights to Iran remain temporarily suspended. Qatar Airways continues to monitor the situation and will provide further updates as they become available.
