It's easy to use your voucher when making a booking on qatarairways.com or our mobile app. All you need to do is follow the 4 simple steps below.
Search for and select your journey with Qatar Airways.
Enter the passenger details that appear on your voucher.
Continue with your booking and review your trip.
Select ‘Redeem voucher’ and fill in your details.
Terms and conditions- Wholly unutilised bookings made on qatarairways.com or on our mobile app can be exchanged for a voucher for the same value as the original booking, less non-refundable taxes, in accordance with the following terms.
- Voucher exchange is not applicable for ‘Lite’ or other non-refundable fares.
- No-show fees will be deducted from the voucher value at the time of issuance in case of no-show.
- Vouchers can be used for bookings made within 1 year from the date of voucher issuance.
- Voucher issuance can be requested at any time within the ticket validity period.
- Vouchers cannot be requested for tickets that are booked offline and paid online.
- Vouchers are non-transferable, and can only be used when booking a flight for the same passenger.
- Vouchers can be requested for tickets that are booked online but paid offline.
- Vouchers cannot be requested for tickets that have been purchased using a voucher.
- Any balance remaining on a voucher will not be refunded, if the price of the subsequent booking is lower than the remaining voucher balance.
- Vouchers can be requested for Qatar Airways operated flights, or Qatar Airways marketed codeshare flights (i.e. with a QR flight number).
- A refund or change fee may apply when requesting a refund or changing a booking paid for using a voucher, depending on the fare rules of the purchased ticket.
- If you no longer plan to use your voucher, a refund may be requested by contacting us. Note that a refund fee will be applicable and any additional (bonus) value that was added at the time of voucher issuance will be recovered.
