⁶ Member must contact Al Maha Services to book this complimentary service at least 24 hours prior to departure. Member will enjoy Al Maha Services that includes:

Arrival

• Customer should approach the Al Maha Services lounge before immigration; 
• Assistance with expedited immigration formalities;
• Escort to arrival hall.

Departure

• Assistance with check-in formalities;
• Expedited immigration formalities;
• Assistance through the security-screening area upon departure.

Transit

• To be met at the aircraft;
• Assistance through security-screening;
• Escorted until the lounge.

Al Maha Services can be booked only on flights marketed and operated by Qatar Airways or marketed by Qatar Airways and operated by Oman Air to/from Muscat (MCT)  where tickets are issued on Qatar Airways document (ticket numbers starting with 157).
