- Changes are permitted with applicable change fees to all unutilized or partly utilized award tickets on Qatar Airways and partner airlines1.
- No additional Avios will be collected irrespective of the date of issue.
- For promotional tickets, changes are permitted within the offer period. For changes done after the offer period, difference in Avios will apply. Other tax difference (if any) will also be applicable.

- Change within 3 hours or after departure is considered as a no-show:
- Avios and Cash collected is forfeited.
- Only airport and government taxes will be refunded.

- Any refund done between 3 hours and 24 hours prior to departure:
- Platinum or Gold main member – No refund / cancellation fee applies
- Silver, Burgundy or a family/guest of a Platinum and Gold member – USD100 apply.
- Refund within 3 hours or after departure is considered as a no-show:
- Avios and Cash collected is forfeited
- Only airport and government taxes will be refunded.
- For tickets upgraded to Business or First Class using Avios/Qcredits, members will earn Avios based on original booking class purchased.
- Tickets upgraded using Avios / Qcredits are not eligible for change, Avios will be refunded by paying the applicable refund fee.
- In case of no-show, both Avios and Qcredits are forfeited.
