From there, you can catch a catamaran to South Bass Island, which has plenty of cafés and adventure playgrounds for children.

Holidaymakers who want to take things easy will find plenty of open spaces and natural beauty to enjoy. A boat trip to Kelley’s Island is a truly tranquil way to spend a day, where you can spot wildlife and get to grips with some fantastic fishing.

If you’ve hired a car, then you’ll have access to an attraction that no trip to Cleveland should ignore. It might be a three-hour drive, but Niagara Falls is something to put on the top of the list. The roads are easy to navigate and, if you take your passport and visa, you can walk across the Rainbow Bridge and put your feet on Canadian soil.A great way to explore a country’s culture is with a visit to the theatre. Playhouse Square is a theatre-goer’s paradise, with a number of theatres playing host to comedy stars, ballet companies, luminaries from the world of opera and some of the biggest Broadway shows.
