Transportation and parking
Kuala Lumpur International Airport has an extensive network of ground transport options, including various bus routes to and from the capital, around the airport itself.
A choice of train options are also available, with non-stop KLIA Ekspres trains running every 15-20 minutes, while KLIA Transit trains also provide a regular service. Note that tickets are not interchangeable between the two services. There are two main car parks offering 11,442 spaces, with a long-term parking lot located at Block A.

International flights, including those with Qatar Airways, depart from the main Terminal (the smaller, older KLIA2 is used mainly for internal flights).
There is a variety of check-in methods available for passengers, including an online service and an advance baggage check-in, where you can check your bags up to eight hours in advance of your flight. The Plaza Premium Lounge is open to all customers, and there are also private lounges that can be rented by the hour.
