Taxis are plentiful and take between 20-25 minutes, although you will need to allow extra time during peak traffic periods. Short-term parking is available close to the terminal, while long-term parking is located a little further away but still within walking distance. Spaces are limited, and long-term stays are limited to 30 days.
Arriving at Bucharest
Passengers flying from Bucharest with Qatar Airways depart from the Departures area in the main terminal. A second terminal is planned, but currently all flights leave from the existing terminal. Check in and security are relatively stress-free and smooth, although it is advised to arrive at least one and a half to two hours before your flight is due to board to clear customs checks and security.
