Parking and transportation
The airport is vast (in fact it has sections in both Philadelphia city and Tinicum Township), but fortunately ground transportation is very good. The Metro service operates between the city centre and the airport, with several stops along the way. Buses run frequently from 69th Street Transportation Centre to the airport and from the UPS hub, and the airport is also connected by road to the city by the I-95. There are more than 19,000 parking spaces in several garages and parking lots positioned directly opposite the terminals.
Arriving at Philadelphia International Airport
Passengers flying from Philadelphia with Qatar Airways will depart from Terminal A-West. This is one of the airport’s newest terminal buildings.
