Your clients can enjoy a seamless journey between Nagoya Station and Kansai International Airport (KIX)
Your clients travelling to/from Kansai International Airport can now enjoy a direct shuttle service between JR Nagoya Train Station (NGY) and the airport for easy access to the Nagoya/Chubu areas.
- To include the bus in a Qatar Airways booking, simply enter the Nagoya Bus Station code NGY as the departure or destination city.
- Bookings made 24+ hours in advance will confirm the shuttle service.
- On the day of travel, your clients can board the shuttle 30 minutes prior to departure. Walk-ins with a Qatar Airways e-ticket or boarding pass are accepted. *

Enter Nagoya Station code "NGY" on the GDS as the origin or destination city to book this service for your clients
On the day of travel, your clients need to arrive at the designated pick-up point 30 minutes prior to the departure time. Staff holding a Qatar Airways board will assist them to the bus.
Additional information
- All bookings made more than 24 hours prior to departure have the shuttle service confirmed as part of the itinerary. If the booking was made within 24 hours of departure, shuttle service seats are subject to availability. Your clients will need to present their E-ticket or boarding pass to the Qatar Airways staff at the shuttle meeting point for confirmation.
- This service is only available for bookings to/from Kansai Airport (KIX). Trips originating from Chubu Centrair International Airport (NGO) are regular flight bookings without shuttle service.
- This offer is valid for flights from 1 September 2024 to 31 January 2025. The offer may be terminated without prior notice.

- This offer is valid for flights from 1 September 2024 to 31 March 2025. The offer may be terminated without prior notice.
- Ticket must be issued on Qatar Airways ticket plate starting with number 157.
- Complimentary tickets issued by other airlines, ID, AD and ZED are not eligible for this offer.
- Tickets purchased using Avios points are not eligible for this offer.
- The bus service is operated by a third party service provider, who bears full responsibility for the complete bus journey in terms of insurance and liability.
- Delays or cancellations may occur due to road conditions, weather, or other reasons.
- Baggage exceeding the allowance indicated on the ticket cannot be accommodated on the bus.
- There is no toilet on the bus. The bus will stop for a short break only once during the drive.
- Passengers cannot join or leave the bus during the journey.
- Passengers under the age of 16 cannot use the bus service alone.
- Seat belts must be worn during the ride.
