Original travel

On/after 01 May 2025

Rebooking

• May accept automated re-protection on QR operated flights to/from CDG (if offered in the PNR) as a new point of embarkation/disembarkation and reissue ticket (if segments are not associated to ticket)
  • - May include feeder service on QR marketing number operated by train 9B (SNCF) on CDG- XYD v.v. in the lowest available RBD in the same cabin
• May rebook on QR operated flights from/to LYS for travel by 30 April 2025. Rebooking shall be made in the same QR RBD as original, or if not available, up to next two higher QR RBDs within the same cabin.

May rebook for travel within (+/-) 21 days from original on: 

• - QR operated flights to/from BCN/CDG/GVA/LHR/NCE/MAD/MXP in the lowest available RBD in the same cabin

• - May include feeder service on BA/IB/VY operated flights on LHR/MAD/BCN-LYS v.v. in the lowest available RBD in the same cabin
•  
• - May include feeder service on QR marketing number operated by train 9B (SNCF) on CDG-XYD v.v. in the lowest available RBD in the same cabin
•  

For tickets where original connection includes OAL (code-share and/or interline): 

• - May rebook for travel within (+/-) 21 days from original
•  
• - Rebooking shall be made on QR operated flights in the lowest available RBD within the same cabin and OAL operated flights (other than carrier LH) in the RBD permitted according to ticketed Fare Basis, same origin, destination
•  
• - The new ticket resulting from reissue must observe flight and routing rules according to ticketed Fare Basis
•  
• - Must not include carrier LH in re-protection
•  

Customer is responsible for any consequential costs to travel from original point, e.g. train, bus, car, hotel,

Refund

• · Permitted, including refund penalty waiver, based on unutilized NUC and taxes. Must not refund non-refundable unutilized taxes (except fully unutilized YQ, YR charges)

• · Please contact QR if passengers are booked in Group PNRs
• · Rebooking on QR marketing flights when operated by 6E, AA (DOH-PHL v.v.), AT (DOH-CMN v.v.), AY (DOH-HEL v.v.), BA (LON-DOH v.v.), CZ (DOH-CAN v.v.), GA (DOH-CGK v.v.), IB (DOH-MAD v.v.), JL (DOH-HND v.v.), MF (DOH-PKX/XMN v.v.), MH (DOH-KUL v.v.)
• · Rebooking fee waiver
• · Match original length of stay, or in case of non-daily operation up to (+/-) 7 days (within one reissue transaction). Must not include rebooking on OAL (code-share and/or interline)
• · Waiver for ancillary services
