Yes, non-IATA agents can register using GDS-PCC option.
Is there a limit to the number of registrations on Trade Portal from each agency?
Only one “Manager” registration will be allowed from a travel agency. However, an unlimited number of agents can register in Trade Portal as “Agents”
Who is considered as a “Manager” and an “Agent” in an agency?
A manager is a primary contact or key influencer from the agency.
The agent is an employee who works for travel agencies and there is no limit on the number of registrations.
Will we get access to the portal after registration?
Upon registration, your account will be reviewed by the sales team and they will qualify your access.

Is it possible for my Trade Portal account to get blocked?
Yes. Your account can get blocked if you do not access your account for more than six months.
What can I do if my account gets blocked?
Click on the “forgotten password” link to unblock your account. You will receive an email with the link to create your new password and access your account.

What can I do if I never created a password after I completed my registration?
You can still create it through the welcome email by clicking on “resend welcome email” on the login page.
I am unable to register again on Trade Portal with the same email address I used on a different IATA. What can I do?
There is a restriction in Trade Portal which enables you to register only once with an email address. If you have mistakenly registered with a wrong IATA code, or if you need to register again with another IATA number, please reach out to QR sales support team, or send us an email on tradeportal@qatarairways.com.qa to delete your existing account. Then you can re-register with the correct IATA number.
Can I edit my basic information which I used during registration to Trade Portal, like first name or last name?
No. Basic information will be based on what was provided during registration and cannot be edited.
You can only edit information such as: designation, date of birth, mobile and landline number.
I have not subscribed to receive QR news and updates. Can I still subscribe after registration?
Yes. You can definitely subscribe by going to “my profile” page, after logging in to Trade Portal, then clicking on “communications tab”. Then click on the button to receive QR newsletters and updates.
