Dear Valued Trade Partner,
We kindly request you to follow below guidelines in relation to Schedule Changes for confirmed ticketed segments issued on a Qatar Airways (QR/157) stock or plate with original departures on/after 1st October 2022.
Definition
Schedule Change is a planned change or cancellation of a flight which occurs more than one day prior to schedule departure of the first impacted flight.

最短衔接时刻 (MCT)
卡塔尔航空公司和代码共享和联运合作伙伴已经建立了最小间隔时间,允许乘客在机场或城市的航班之间转机。这些间隔称为最短转机时间 (MCT),根据各种考虑因素(例如,在线(内线)或联运连接、航站楼或机场变更、国内或国际航段组合、飞往特定地区的航班等,默认间隔。
根据行业惯例,MCT在以下情况下是有保证的:
- 座位已从QR在线(联运)或联运可用性出售。
- 所有航段均已在一份文件上出票,但所有适用的票价基础都允许在一份文件上出票。分段已从内联运/联运可用性中预订,或者 MCT 已手工验证。
- 如果支线服务在同一有效承运人单独(与主要行程相关)出票,而票价基础规则不允许在一份文件上出票。分段已从内联运/联运可用性中预订,或者 MCT 已手动验证。
以下任何一种情况都不能保证 MCT,转机是乘客的唯一责任:
- 航段被单独出售,MCT 未得到遵守。
- 根据不同验证承运人的单独文件出票的航段。
- 任何导致违反 MCT 的篡改。
因上述 MCT 违规而导致的任何后续错误连接均应视为自愿变更。
- 所有适用的重新预订/No Show/取消罚款和 ADC 必须向乘客收取。
- 因为航空公司的问题产生航班中断清单、非自愿重新验证或交换是不允许的。
文件出票的乘客应由相应的 OAL(有效承运人)处理。如果误机机场没有OAL验证承运人或GHA,并且QR在此类机场有ATO / GHA,则可以通过QR ATO / GHA办公室协助进行电子机票交换。只要:
- 所有票价基础允许通过QR进行更改。
- 受影响的客票由QR认可以及控制。
- 所有适用的罚款和 ADC 均已从乘客处收取。
- 去程或回程飞行误机的机场是任何QR航班。
时刻变更
时刻表变更是指航班在起飞前 24 小时以上发生的计划变更或取消。
情况可能要求卡塔尔航空公司在公布我们的时刻表后更改时刻表。当QR航班重新安排时,卡塔尔航空将告知所有更改了航班预订的预订办公室以及此类更改的详细信息。但是,受影响的航班在起飞当天适用特定条件。
时刻表变更可能是抵达或出发时间、航班号、服务等级的变更,涉及预订指示符、运营频率或所服务机场的变更。根据时间表变更的性质,预订办公室需要采取适当的行动。
任何因时间表变更而需要重新签发的机票必须背书为"INVOL DUE SKCHG"
时刻表变更政策适用于持有已确认预订且在航班时刻表变更发生之前已购买机票的客户。如果客户持有已确认的预订但尚未购买机票,请以适用的票价将乘客重新预订到另一趟航班上。
适用于时间表变更的一般规则
如果必须根据时刻表变更政策选择 OAL 承运商作为替代方案,则必须与该承运商以及运营承运商签订有效的联运电子票务协议。
政策也适用于团体和旅游运营商业务,其中QR与客户/代理商之间已收取押金并签订了合同。
政策也适用于旅行社分配,其中空间在时间表更改时已经售出。
TO 有 7 天的时间将已售出的名称添加到分配中。在通知计划变更后,不应进行进一步的销售。已确认的常旅客贵宾俱乐部、广告和获奖者预订也包含在这些程序中。
验证承运人的责任
卡塔尔航空时刻表变更政策仅适用于以 157 (QR) 库存或牌照签发的任何 QR 和 OAL 航班。如果乘客持有两张"连接"签发的单独的157张电子机票(例如,主要和支线行程),并且此类157张电子机票之一发生时间表变更,则此程序也适用。卡塔尔航空时刻表变更政策不适用于 OAL 库存或牌照上签发的任何 QR 或 OAL 行程,也无论 QR 航班上是否发生时刻表变更。持有 OAL 库存或车牌签发的电子机票的乘客应联系其旅行社或相应的有效承运商。
由于QR运营航班的时刻表变更而导致的STPC权利
如果乘客的转机时间在08-24小时的时间范围内,并且在多哈的QR到QR航班之间没有其他更短的转机时间,STPC将由QR的费用提供。
157 电子机票的时间表变更程序
在卡塔尔航空的大多数时刻表变更中,卡塔尔航空将为乘客提供替代转机。但是,如果此连接不适合乘客,则始终有许多替代方案可供选择。只有在乘客不同意卡塔尔航空提供的初始替代方案的情况下,才向乘客提供这些选项。
