• This redemption option is valid at Qatar Duty Free located at the departure and arrival halls of Hamad International Airport and Oryx Galleria in Doha, Qatar for all Privilege Club members.
• This offer is not applicable to family members and Beyond Business accounts.
• Members must present their digital Privilege Club membership card or boarding pass (required for purchases at Hamad International Airport) and a duly signed photo ID (for purchases at Oryx Galleria).
• Members cannot redeem without a membership card.
• Returns are processed by Qatar Duty Free and upon management’s discretion. If a refund is requested, the refund will be processed within 90 days. It will be fulfilled by crediting the Avios back to the member’s account and refunding the money to the original form of payment.
