A fleet of taxis transport passengers to and from the airport (taxi ranks are positioned outside the main terminal entrances), and buses run regularly from the centre of Kuwait City to the airport. A pre-booked limousine service is available on request.

Facilities and amenities

One unique aspect of Kuwait International Airport is the on-site Kuwait Air Force museum. It offers a fascinating glimpse into the history of the Kuwait Air Force through the years.

It is worth arriving a little early to the airport, so you can take a quick look around the museum before catching your Qatar Airways flight. The airport also offers plenty of other facilities including a luxurious Airport Mall with a wealth of retail outlets, and restaurants.
