If you’re driving to the airport, follow the Tehran-Qom Freeway (Route 7), which links to the airport via a separate access road. Short-term parking is available next to the terminal building. Long-term car parks (2 and 3) are a little further out, but there is a regular free shuttle bus service running to the terminal.
Arriving in Tehran

Facilities and amenities
Imam Khomeini International Airport has a good selection of facilities and amenities. Although there are no business facilities or meeting rooms available on-site, there are plenty of conference facilities in nearby hotels. Banks and currency exchange facilities are available (note that credit cards are not widely accepted in Iran) and free Wi-Fi is available in the Departure lounge.
A selection of retail outlets sell locally-produced Iranian goods, and a duty-free shop is also available (no alcohol). A popular restaurant offers a selection of traditional Persian dishes, coffee and light snacks.

Tourist attractions
