The Incheon International Airport Railroad airport express (known as AREX) runs high-speed services from Gimpo Airport and Seoul to the Transport Centre next to the main terminal building.
Fleets of taxis and pre-booked limousine services run to and from the capital to the airport. Look out for the orange-coloured ‘international’ taxis, whose drivers speak English, Japanese and Chinese. Parking is plentiful, and is available for both short and long-term stays.

Tourist attractions
The city is split into two, the Upper Town (Gornji grad) and the Lower Town (Donji grad). Here you’ll find most of the attractions, restaurants and entertainment, with the Upper Town offering glimpses of the best preserved medieval aspects of the city. The focus of the Upper Town has to be the cathedral, which is a stunning piece of architecture and the epicentre of the city. The original 13th century structure was destroyed in an earthquake, and in the 19th century the entire building was rebuilt in the Neo-Gothic style. Today it is one of the biggest attractions in the city.
Strossmayer šetalište, or Strossmayer Walkway is a hive of activity in the summer, with street artists and entertainers, and offers wonderful views of the capital. At the top of Radićeva street is the Old Town Gate, another focal point for the city and a beautifully tranquil spot.
The city has plenty of museums to explore, including the Archaeological Museum, which has a particularly fine collection of Egyptian artefacts as well as some ancient Croatian relics. And for a little natural splendour, head out of town to Medvednica mountain, which overlooks Zagreb and is also home to the well-preserved fortress of Medvedgrad.
