• If a ticket is issued within 24 hours and is not an exception as listed below and the agent issues the ticket at the applicable stored fare - there is no need to enter a deal code, contact sales support, or submit the ticket number to Qatar Airways.
• Any applicable discounts, commissions, programs must be applied at time of ticketing – they cannot be retroactively applied.
• No exceptions/waivers will be granted post ticketing.

Qatar Airways reserves the right to raise an ADM to recover any losses resulting from an improperly stored fare and/or agents not adhering to the terms and conditions of the QRFG.

The QRFG will not be applicable in the following instances:

• Fare changes due to missed advance purchase (AP) conditions. All AP conditions of all fares must be followed at the time of booking.
• Fare changes resulting from missed ticket time limit (TTL) conditions. All TTL conditions must be followed at the time of booking.
• Reservations made on a Friday with a TTL on a Saturday or Sunday and no fare change within the TTL.
